By using this website or purchasing a Ledgility product or service, you agree to these Terms.
Content provided through Ledgility Academy, including The AI Accounting Playbook, is intended for educational and professional-development purposes.
Ledgility does not provide legal, tax, investment, audit, attestation, or other regulated professional advice through its educational products unless specifically stated otherwise.
Users remain responsible for exercising professional judgment and independently verifying information before relying on AI-generated output or applying course concepts to accounting, financial, tax, or business matters.
Ledgility provides education, frameworks, tools, examples, and services intended to help users improve accounting workflows, analysis, reporting, technology use, and related capabilities.
Ledgility does not guarantee:

Ledgility does not guarantee that any specific third-party AI tool, software platform, feature, model, integration, or workflow referenced in Ledgility materials will remain available or function in the same manner indefinitely.
Users are responsible for:

Maintaining appropriate professional oversight
Using professional judgment
Complying with applicable professional, employer, client, regulatory, and legal requirements
Unless otherwise stated, Ledgility Academy materials are licensed to the purchaser for that purchaser’s personal professional use.

All Ledgility content remains the intellectual property of Ledgility or its applicable licensors.
Course access is intended for the individual purchaser unless a separate team, enterprise, or multi-user license is expressly purchased.
Users may not share login credentials or provide unauthorized access to paid Ledgility materials.
Ledgility reserves the right to suspend access in cases of suspected unauthorized sharing, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
Prices displayed on AIledgility.com, Kajabi checkout pages, or other Ledgility purchase pages are subject to change.
Promotional, Founding Member, early-access, or introductory pricing may be limited by:

Other clearly disclosed conditions
The price displayed at checkout at the time of purchase is the applicable price for that transaction unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The AI Accounting Playbook Founding Member price is currently intended to be:

The Founding Member offer is available to the first:
300 eligible purchasers

whichever occurs first.
Once the Founding Member enrollment allocation is filled or the promotional period ends, pricing may increase.
The intended standard price for The AI Accounting Playbook after the Founding Member period is:

Ledgility may modify future pricing at its discretion.
Ledgility may use Kajabi, Kajabi Payments, and/or Stripe to process purchases.
Customers may be required to agree to additional terms imposed by those third-party payment or checkout providers.
Ledgility is not responsible for outages, errors, or other issues caused solely by third-party payment platforms outside Ledgility’s reasonable control.
Any applicable refund, cancellation, or satisfaction policy will be clearly disclosed at or before purchase.
If a particular Ledgility product or service includes a stated refund or fit guarantee, that guarantee will be governed by the terms presented with that specific offer.
No refund rights should be inferred beyond those expressly disclosed at the time of purchase.
Ledgility Advisory services, including the Ledgility Accounting Upgrade, may vary depending on the needs, complexity, systems, and condition of the client’s accounting environment.
The base engagement price covers the agreed standard scope.
If additional work is required due to circumstances such as:
Multiple entities
Significant accounting cleanup
Incomplete records
Complex systems
Additional integrations
Unusual accounting issues
Other work outside the standard scope
Ledgility will explain the additional work and proposed price before performing or charging for that additional work.
Clients will not be charged more than their original purchase amount without prior approval of the additional scope and price.
The client is not obligated to purchase additional work.
If a specific Ledgility Advisory offer includes a Kickoff Fit Guarantee, the terms shown with that offer will apply.
If the client or Ledgility determines during the kickoff process that the engagement is not a good fit, any refund right will be subject to the specific guarantee disclosed at purchase.
A refund may be conditioned on substantive engagement work not having begun.
Ledgility may reference, demonstrate, recommend, or integrate with third-party products or services.
These may include accounting platforms, artificial intelligence tools, software applications, analytics tools, and other technologies.
Ledgility does not control these third parties and is not responsible for changes to their:

Features
Availability
Terms
Privacy policies
Security
Performance
References to third-party products do not necessarily constitute endorsements or guarantees.
Ledgility educational materials and advisory services are intended to support professional decision-making, not replace it.
Accounting and finance professionals remain responsible for:
Reviewing their own work
Maintaining appropriate internal controls
Protecting confidential information
Complying with professional standards
Complying with applicable laws
Complying with employer or client policies
Determining whether a particular AI use case is appropriate
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ledgility and its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

AI-generated output
Third-party software
Business decisions
Accounting or financial decisions
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Ledgility may also update course materials as AI technology and accounting practices evolve.
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Ledgility may update these Terms periodically.
Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the website or applicable services after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by law.
